Brave General Contracting (BGC) is a general contracting business.  Established in 2003 as an electrical contractor, BGC now provides for all your building and general contracting needs.  BGC provides quality services to the southeast Virginia area including governmental, light industrial and commercial businesses.  We are specialists in the general contracting field with heavy experience in electrical work.  BGC prides itself in quality workmanship at affordable prices from exact custom installations to repetitive operations needed in hotel rooms.
 
BGC is willing and able to provide for all your general contracting needs. Whether it is for your home or business, BGC offers the most modern state of the art building, construction and electrical installations.  Through our line of suppliers and qualified personnel, we offer new installations, renovations, upgrades, restorations, and can even help in designing and planning for your building needs.
 
Besides providing for your building and construction needs, we also provide electrical services with installations of distribution, and branch circuit wiring for a complex of buildings or a single structure.  Our experienced team has all the tools and equipment needed for a variety of electrical installations. 
 
We take full responsibility for the establishment of new building and electrical installations.  We include coordination of all required permitting and inspections with local authorities and utilities.

Our Scope

 

BGC defines the scope of work for any project, and our goal is to assure that our pricing on bid day includes all equipment, material, labor, tolls, and incidentals required to perform that scope.  BGC provides what we are capable of doing and, subcontract other work to specialty firms that have the required certifications and experience to install and warranty their work.
